Somerset Council are making plans to improve SEND support, these plans will affect you and other children and young people with SEND across the county.
You are the expert on your own life, nobody knows better than you what works well and what needs to be improved in the support that you receive.

What you tell us will help adults to:
- Make better plans
- Make better decisions for you and children and young people like you
